The maximum monies Letters By Nature, and All Around Nature, LLC is liable for are to the extent of monies received from the individual filing suit not to exceed 6 months.  Any disputes or claims as a result of this website or services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.  You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Virginia Beach, Virginia.   You also agree to waive all defense of lack of personal jurisdiction.

Changes to this agreement
We may update the Terms of Use Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our operating procedures.  When a change has been made to this Terms of Use Agreement, you will see the words Updated next to our Terms of Service link on the Customer Service page.
