If you wish to cancel an order, please email orders@lettersbynature.com as soon as possible.  Please include your order number, name, phone number, billing address, and a description of the items ordered. 

We will send you an email with in 2 business days confirming if we are able to cancel your order before shipment.

Custom and special orders are non-returnable.
