If an order has not been received with in our normal delivery times or you believe an order is missing, please email orders@lettersbynature.com as soon as possible.  Please include your order number, name, phone number, billing address, and a description of your order. 

We will research the item and send you an email with in 2 business days confirming if we are able to locate the order.
