To help assist us in preventing shipment delays, please verify the shipping address prior to submitting your order.  Common mistakes which may delay receiving a shipment are incorrect zip codes, missing apartment or suite numbers, and incorrect street numbers.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping charges will be charged again when the order is reshipped.  Any fees related to incorrect addresses which are billed to us from carriers such as UPS and Fed Ex will be charged to you when we receive them.  An average fee of $5.00 is charged by UPS and Fed Ex for any address correction.  In addition, an administrative fee of $5.00 for administrative costs may be charged for each address correction.
